With over 8 years of experience across corporate events and the wedding industry, I know what it takes to make a celebration run beautifully — from the big picture vision right down to the smallest detail.
I started my career coordinating large scale corporate events, where I learned that no matter how much planning goes into a day, it's the calm, organised person behind the scenes that makes everything come together. That person became me — and I loved every second of it.
That's why I created On The Day by T.
Based in Sydney and available for weddings and celebrations across NSW — I'd love to be part of your day. 🤍

All packages can be customised to suit your individual needs.
For couples who've started planning but want expert support — includes all Full Day Coordination inclusions plus additional lead-up support
Up to 8 hours of coordination, from the ceremony through to the end of speeches
Up to 12 hours of coordination, from morning preparations through to end-of-night pack down
Up to 4 hours of venue styling — placement of décor, signage & all the finishing touches
Perfect for bridal showers, brand launches, christenings, baby showers & celebrations
All packages can be customised. Travel fees may apply outside Greater Sydney.
